Note:
- Any extra occupant above the age of 5 years will be charged @ Rs. 1800 + 25.15% Govt. Taxes per night with or without extra bed.
- Each room/cottage can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults with 2 children or 3 adults.
Further, we would also request you to kindly read through the following few points related to the booking and cancellation policies:
Reservation Policy:
- A token advance of 50% of the total amount has to be made to confirm the booking and the balance of 50% has to be cleared at check out time.
- Payment to be made within 3 – 4 days starting from the date of confirmation of reservation.
Cancellation Policy: (Applicable for both FIT & GIT):
For bookings taken one month in advance:
- Less than 07 days prior to check in date: 100% of the advance amount will be retained as a cancellation fee
- Less than 14 days prior to check in date: 75% of the advance amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- Less than 30 days prior to check in date: 50% of the advance amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- More than 01 month in advance prior to check in date: Full refund the advance amount.
For bookings taken less than 01 month of check in date:
- Less than 03 days prior to check in date: 100% of the advance amount will be retained as a cancellation fee
- Less than 10 days prior to check in date: 75% of the advance amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- Less than 14 days prior to check in date: 50% of the advance amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- More than 14 days in advance prior to check in date: Full refund the advance amount.
