Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation of more than 01 month in advance prior to check in date: Full refund of the advance amount.

• Less than 30 days prior to check in date: 50% of the Net amount payable will be Retained OR Charged as a cancellation charge. 

• Less than 15 days prior to check in date: 75% of payment net amount payable will be retained OR Charged as a cancellation charge.

• Less than 7 days prior to check in date: 100% of Net amount payable will be Retained OR charged as a cancellation fee. 

• Any last minute cancellation is liable for 100% cancellation charges without prior notice.

• The Hotel will not be liable to Refund OR credit note for any flight cancellations; cancellation charges will be applicable as per the above policy.

• In cases of any unprecedented situation like pandemic, severe weather condition, agitation, curfew, unrest, law & order situation arises in Meghalaya, booking can be cancelled with no cancellation charges but the advance payment will be kept on credit note, the guest can amend the booking to future reservation the advance payment will be adjusted accordingly!
